Q How do I make an appointment?

A Appointments are usually required when Attendance Allowance or Disability Living Allowance forms need to be completed. We also help with forms for clients who are being subjected to the Personal Capability Assessment in relation to Incapacity Benefits. The Adviser will make an appointment either to see you at the DIG office or to complete the forms by phone. Advice on completing other forms can usually be given by telephone.
