Q What does membership entitle me to?

A Four times a year we issue a Newsletter which includes information on relevant changes in Welfare Benefits legislation. It also reminds people about our service and may prompt members to contact us again because of a change in circumstances, or pass our phone number to friends or relatives who could use our service.
